Zieen Post Automation Privacy Policy
Effective: August 9, 2026
Zieen Post Automation is a Chrome side-panel tool that helps users prepare and fill short-form social posts on supported websites. License verification uses the Zieen license server. Post text, selected videos, and page-scan results are processed locally in the browser and are not sent to the Zieen license server.
Data used for license verification
When you activate or verify access, the extension sends the following over HTTPS to the Zieen license server: the Zieen Account ID you enter during activation, an anonymous randomly generated device identifier, the extension version, and a server-issued activation token on later verification requests.
The server uses this information only to validate access, apply the license term and device limit, maintain session security, and prevent unauthorized use. The database stores one-way hashes of Account IDs, device identifiers, and session tokens rather than their plaintext values.
Data processed locally
The extension may process the current supported social-platform tab's URL, page title, visible account name or username, upload controls, selected video file, caption, hashtags, YouTube title/description, audience setting, and visibility setting. This information is used to show the active account, locate the correct page controls, and fill the user's chosen post. This content is processed and stored locally in the browser and is not transmitted to the Zieen license server.
Sharing and sale of data
Zieen does not sell user data, use it for advertising, or share it for unrelated purposes. The license service is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, which processes network requests and storage as necessary to operate the service.
Retention
License records remain until the owner deletes them or they are otherwise removed as part of service maintenance. Session records can be removed when a user signs out, a device is reset, a license is restarted or deleted, or the session is no longer valid. Local drafts and selected media remain in the browser until the user clears them, removes the extension, or browser storage is cleared.
Security
License requests are sent over HTTPS. Sensitive license lookup and device/session values are stored as one-way hashes in the server database. The extension does not ask for or store social-platform passwords or API tokens.
User choices
Users can clear post text and selected media from the extension, sign out of the license, or uninstall the extension at any time. For license-data deletion or support requests, contact the developer on Telegram.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use
Zieen Post Automation's use of information received from Chrome APIs and supported web pages is limited to providing or improving its user-facing posting and license-security features. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
